What is the return policy?
For made-to-order products, we do not accept returns unless defective. Exchange for a different size is accepted. We take our customers' satisfaction as our priority — when you receive your order and have any issue with it, let us know and we'll do our best to solve it.
How do your boots/shoes fit?
It depends on each model and last. Sizing advice is given in the listing of each and every product, and you're always welcome to reach us. We're happy to answer your question individually.
When will I receive my order?
In-stock item(s) will be shipped in 2–3 business days. Made-to-order item(s) normally take 3–5 weeks to be ready to ship. We ship with a trackable method. It usually takes 8 to 14 days to deliver your order after shipping.
Do I need to pay for import duty?
No. You don't need to pay for import duty. Should that occur, you can contact us for a rebate.
