Shipping policy
We ship internationally from Taiwan using trackable methods.
Processing time
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 weeks for production before your order ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 8–12 days. Total time from order to delivery is approximately 30–45 days from the date your order is placed.
Shipping regions & rates
We ship to North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Shipping is charged as a flat fee based on item type, and is shown at checkout:
- Accessories (belts, wallets, and similar small items) — $12
- Bags — $20
- Boots — $15
- Jackets — $25
Free shipping on boots orders over $399 and on jacket orders over $499.
Import duties & taxes
You do not need to pay import duties on your order. Should any duties be charged on delivery, please contact us at support@alaska-outfitters.com with your receipt and we will reimburse you for the amount charged.
Order tracking
A tracking number is provided as soon as your order ships.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at support@alaska-outfitters.com and we will help track it down.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and re-shipping costs for parcels returned due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.
