Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please read the terms below, which differ for in-stock and made-to-order items.

Made-to-order items

Because made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or refunds on these items unless they arrive defective. Exchanges for a different size are accepted. For size exchanges, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we cover the cost of shipping the replacement pair to you.

Order cancellations

Made-to-order items may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

In-stock items

For in-stock items, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@alaska-outfitters.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item, and we cover all shipping costs in these cases.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at support@alaska-outfitters.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Import duties

You do not need to pay import duties on your order. Should any duties be charged on delivery, please contact us at support@alaska-outfitters.com with your receipt and we will reimburse you for the amount charged.
