Products & pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We make every effort to display products and prices accurately; however, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices or product availability at any time without notice.

Made-to-order & custom items

Many of our pieces are made to order, with a typical lead time of 3–5 weeks. Custom sizes, leathers, and configurations may be available on request and may differ in price from listed items. Made-to-order and custom items are non-returnable unless defective; size exchanges are accepted.

Sizing

Sizing guidance is provided in each product listing. If you are unsure of your size, please contact us before ordering — we are happy to advise.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received through PayPal or its supported card-payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Shipping & duties

We ship worldwide from Taiwan. Delivery times and shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. You do not need to pay import duties; should any be charged, contact us for a rebate.

Returns & refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alaska Outfitters is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or store.
