Released in the early 2000s, the Red Wing 50th anni Irish Setters were a Japan-exclusive collection created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Red Wing's Irish Setter hunting line. The series included commemorative models such as the 1951 and 1952, and has since become highly sought after by collectors, with vintage pairs commanding premium prices on the second-hand market.

The 1103 Premium Moc Toe faithfully revives many fine construction details, including a 360° Storm Welt, a traditional Moccasin Double Bottom, full leather lining, and triple-row upper stitching.
