At first glance, it resembles the Red Wing 875, but there are many distinctive details that set it apart. While the 875 features 7 eyelets, the US1105 comes with 8. It still maintains an approximate 6-inch shaft, yet gives the impression of a taller silhouette. The side stitching follows the horizontal pattern of the 877, and is further enhanced with a backstay pull tab and more refined stitching techniques.

It is also available in two versions: one with shaft pockets (on both boots) and a traditional plain version.
