1. Solid construction -
The 36203 model adopts an authentic stitch-down construction with double-row outsole stitching. This method is commonly seen in North American boot brands such as Wesco, White’s, Nicks Boots.

2. Genuine materials throughout -
Leather lined vamp, leather midsole, and stacked leather heel. For comparison, some Red Wing models attach the welt directly to the outsole without a midsole structure, and may use plastic heels or midsoles and fabric linings. I personally experienced a cracked plastic heel on my RW 2268 engineer boots.
