39003 Service Shoes (or Work Oxford) has an origian in rugged hybrid style born in mid-20th-century America to meet the needs of blue-collar workers who required a single pair of footwear tough enough for manual labor but respectable enough for social gatherings. Bootmakers achieved this by cutting down heavy-duty utility boots into a low-top silhouette.
